Monument Guard was originally designed, patented and sold as a Grave Marker Support Device. The inventor knew first-hand the need for a device to reduce the overall maintenance of the flat-granite head markers provided by the Veteran’s Administration. Stones placed directly into the ground are susceptible to harsh climate changes, ground water, frost and other forces of nature. These factors make maintenance more cumbersome as markers sink, grass grows on top and ultimately the eternal memorial to those who served our country with honor become illegible.

This device is designed to enhance the beauty of flat-granite head markers, provide a structure to support the stone, reduce sinking, keep grass off the top, reduce frequent trimming and ultimately cuts maintenance costs. Aside from all the maintenance benefits, Monument Guard is another means to generate revenue.

In 2011 the original design was modified by employing more modern engineering, resulting in Monument Guard, Grave Marker Support Device. With pride Monument Guard is Made in the USA.
